When sophomore Andrew Whaley wrote his song "Tonight's Fire" a few days prior to the competition, he had no idea it would win him the title of Whitewater's most talented student.

Whaley was the crowd favorite at the Whitewater's Got Talent competition Nov.

Local artist featured in Fiskum Art Gallery

Whitewater resident and board member for the Whitewater Arts Alliance Dawn Hunter will be the featured artist in the Eclectic Works Exhibit.

Hunter, 64, is an award winning artist who has spent the last 44 years living in Whitewater. She was an elementary teacher for most of her life before retiring in 2002.

Student musicians making noise

The day starts out with a steaming cup of black coffee. The liquid burns all the way down and warms her until she reaches her first destination.

The practice room in the Center of the Arts is where she is awoken by the sound of trumpets blaring in the room.

String Ensemble plays music from around the world

The UW-Whitewater campus and community will have the opportunity to hear music from around the world through the newly developed String Ensemble.

The program was geared around the fall harvest that leads to the holidays consisting of upbeat folktales. The concert will take place outside the Roberta A.

The racing simulation genre always seems to find itself with one game that blends its interpretation of vehicle physics, tuning, and course design above all the others. The genre has seen great games such as Gran Turismo, GTR FIA racing, and to a lesser extent, the Need for Speed series.
