I read your story with interest. I am pleased that your paper has recognized the importance of the College of Letters and Sciences Lecture Series. I started the lecture series back in 2004 when I served as Dean of the College of Letters and Sciences, as I felt that learning should take place in and out of the classroom. I am pleased that it has proven successful and like you I hope that it continues. Next time don't wait so long to recognize a good thing.
