Maybe DLK should have taken that 1.5 million and invested it into the apalling living conditions of their student populated apartments.

Why would they reinvest it? UWW, the city of Whitewater and the Royal Purple have no problem with DLK. Why would you? Is it because DLK is a slum lord? Is it because UWW, the city of Whitewater and the Royal Purple never call him out on his treatment of students and his code violations?

It will be Kachel College by 2012. With no dorms so all you children have to live in my apartment complexes or cardboard boxes. Muhahahahahahahahaha.
