I completely disagree. The UW-Whitewater administration has created rules on the go in order to suspend fraternaties. Instead of providing students with this fraternal experience, they ensure it doesn't happen. Why has the greek population been below 4% for decades, even declining in the 2000s? Not supportive at all. Don't believe their spin.
